YOGA & ART – MAY 20th

This fun and creative workshop integrates the calming and focused practices of yoga and art. We will begin with a gentle yoga practice & then transition to making a work of art! Yoga helps to initiate the creative process by quieting the mind and opening the heart.
Limited mats and props will be available for loan. No previous experience required.
